Exposure in identifying skill gaps through performance evaluations, competency mapping & other inputs.

To develop and implement structured onboarding programs for new hires.

To provide role-specific technical and soft skills training.

To monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.

To update training materials regularly to reflect new technologies and best practices.

Exposure in end-to-end Training process.

Exposure in HRMS with respect to training is desirable. Leverage technology for applicant tracking and shortlisting.

Align recruitment strategies with organizational goals and workforce planning.

Exposure in Campus recruitment. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Exposure in use of LinkedIn, Naukri and other social media platform for recruitment.

Exposure in Training, Recruitment MIS & HR Analytics.

Exposure in maintating records as per the ISO Standard.
