We are now inviting applications from enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Assistant Manager – International Sales at our Noida-based office.

Job Title: Assistant Manager – International Sales

Job Description:

The main purpose of the role is to handle Promotional aspects of Business of Arctic Invent which may include targeting clients, doing regular market analysis etc. The role may directly interface with prospective clients. The role also entails team management by way of managing external and internal resources.


Main Accountability:


  • Identify new sales leads.
  • Pitch products and/or services.
  • Maintain fruitful relationships with existing customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities by staying informed about present and emerging client needs and industry trends.
  • Produce new business presentations and proposals.
  • Provide structure and support to cross-selling initiatives, including through internal communications that promote recent successes and other relevant developments.
  • Maintain pipeline of opportunities; track results of pitches and proposals; provide timely ideas and other support to ensure consistent progress towards achieving BD goals.
  • Ensure client lists, collateral materials and other information are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Manage research efforts concerning new business targets, industries and competitors.
  • Secure speaking, sponsorship and writing opportunities; distribute client advisories and other online and print communications; write and maintain web content, social media and collateral materials; prepare ranking and award submissions.
  • Prepare competitor analysis as required.
  • Be main point of contact for with the operations team in terms of biography updates, experience capture support, directories support, and client alert support.


Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in international sales in IPR.
  • Excellent presentation & communication skills.
  • MBA (Marketing) or equivalent or any Graduate can also apply with at least 2 years of experience in Marketing/Sales.
  • Must possess good customer convincing skills


Skills/ Competencies/ Experience Required:


  • Should have leadership skills and work as a driving force for others
  • Should have good emailing and telephone etiquette
  • Self-motivated and able to perform with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable with traveling, as and when required
  • Ability to consistently perform under pressure, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines, all while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Minimum of at least 2 years of work experience in an IP firm. Familiarity with intellectual property law is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills required, both verbal and written.
  • Analytical skills necessary to plan, develop and administer proposals, projects, and budgets required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is required. CRM (Client Relationship Management) database experience is preferred.
