Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management: Oversee daily inventory operations, including receiving, storing, tracking, and issuing raw materials (yarns, beam, fabric.)
  • Accuracy & Auditing: Conduct regular physical inventory counts and cycle counts. Investigate and resolve discrepancies swiftly to maintain high inventory accuracy.
  • Data Reporting & Analysis:
  • Develop, maintain, and generate detailed inventory reports using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
  • Utilize advanced Excel/Google Sheets functions for analysis
  • Conduct and supervise fabric dispatches, yarn receipts, beam receipts with accuracy
  • Coordination: Collaborate closely with the Production, Weaving, and Supply Chain teams to ensure materials are available when needed and finished goods are properly staged for shipment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in inventory control, materials management, or a similar logistics role, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Textile Industry Experience: Prior experience working with inventory in a textile weaving, spinning, or apparel manufacturing environment is a strong plus. Understanding of different yarn counts, fabric types, and weaving materials is highly beneficial.
