Assistant Manager IT (BS IT / Networks)

Job Description:

Bachelors Eng. /BS in IT/Networks with proven experience in fiber optic splicing, basic networking, Windows installation, and cable network systems. Ensure IT operations by maintaining, installing, and troubleshooting communication systems essential to oil terminal operations. This position plays a vital role in ensuring seamless data and communication network functions, including the implementation of CCTV surveillance systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installing and Configuring computer systems and network, updating them as necessary and keeping them running properly on day-to-day basis.
• Performed LAN support functions such as network security, software guidelines, virus protection, user access, addition / deletion of users, data backups, and other services.
• Configure and Administer all networks file server’s/mail servers, system security, CCTV and maintain user accounts, group user policies/permission for server resources.
• Prepare project plan, project analysis, scoping, and implementation strategies.
• Managing facility & facility staff of Data Centers & Capacity Planning of IT Infrastructure.
• Liaison with service providers and vendors for system/network solutions

Qualifications & Experience:

• BE / BS in IT / Networks
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in fiber optic splicing, basic networking, Windows installation, and CCTV systems.
• Experience in oil terminals or industrial environments is highly preferred.
• Ability to work in demanding and hazardous environments following HSE protocols.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs95,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
