Your Role:

We are looking for a Legal professional who will play a key role in strengthening Virohan’s Legal, compliance, and corporate structuring foundation.

This role involves end-to-end responsibility in handling general corporate matters, private equity transactions, merger & acquisition transactions and act as a trusted advisor on corporate matters as the company grows.

What you’ll be responsible for ?

1. Compliance and Risk Management :

• Ensuring the company complies with all relevant laws, rules, and regulations.
• Identifying and mitigating legal risks through policies and audits.
• Developing and implementing risk management strategies.

2. Corporate Transactions :

• Assisting with the legal aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
• Structuring and advising on funding and investment deals.
• Handling the legal processes for business incorporation, restructuring, or dissolution.

3. Business Collaboration:

• Work closely with business leaders to understand their objectives and provide legal guidance that aligns with business goals.
• Facilitate effective communication between the legal function and other departments to ensure integrated risk management.

4. Day-to-Day Legal Operations:

• Managing a company's legal and financial functions.
• Coordinating with internal teams for legal inputs and approvals.
• Encourage continuous professional development within the legal team.
