This is a strategic and operational leader role for deploying, managing, and continuously enhancing all technology-driven educational initiatives across Satya Bharti schools and other partner programs. A primary focus of this role is to drive measurable academic improvement and impact through the effective, scalable, and equitable integration of cutting-edge technologies like Robotics, AI, and Machine Learning. The role ensures that all EdTech programs, from digital classrooms to personalized TabLabs, are robust, well-monitored, and directly contribute to the Foundation’s educational goals.
Key Responsibilities & Focus Area
I. Program Implementation & Enhancement

Digital Classrooms: Lead the end-to-end implementation and continuous improvement of digital classroom infrastructure, ensuring high utilization rates and effective pedagogical integration across Satya Bharti schools to maximize learning outcomes.

Robotic Lab/Advanced Technology Labs: Strategically set up, upgrade, and manage Robotics Lab and other advanced technology facilities, integrating concepts of AI and Machine Learning into the curriculum for hands-on, project-based STEM education.

TabLab Personalized Learning: Oversee the deployment and management of the TabLab platform, driving data-informed strategies to ensure a truly personalized learning experience and improved student mastery.

Language Lab & Virtual Teaching: Implement and support specialized Language Labs and facilitate the adoption of Virtual Teaching methodologies, ensuring smooth delivery and access to high-quality remote or supplemental instruction.

Partner Apps Integration: Manage the technical implementation, deployment, and adoption of specialized partner applications (e.g., Chimple), ensuring seamless technical integration with existing school IT infrastructure.
II. Technology Integration & Content

Emerging Technology Integration: Drive the strategic integration of cutting-edge technologies (Robotics, AI, Machine Learning) directly into the academic content and delivery mechanisms to ensure students are prepared for future technological landscapes.

Content Development Support: Collaborate closely with academic teams to ensure all digital educational content (including for Digital Classrooms, Labs, and Virtual Teaching) is high-quality, technically compatible, and optimized for maximum student impact.
III. Monitoring, Reporting, and Infrastructure

School Website Management: Oversee the technical management, maintenance, and continuous improvement of school websites, ensuring they are reliable public resources and function as effective academic communication tools.

EdTech Monitoring Systems: Provide active support in the development or integration of custom Web/App platforms designed specifically for the effective real-time monitoring, tracking, and evaluation of all EdTech programs and their impact.

Impact Measurement: Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to quantitatively measure the effectiveness and scale of improvement resulting from technology interventions.

Vendor Management: Manage relationships and performance of all external technology vendors and solution partners to ensure timely delivery, quality assurance, and technical support.
Qualifications, Skills, And Experience
Required Technical Skills

Deep Expertise in Emerging Tech: Demonstrable knowledge and hands-on experience related to Robotics, Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts, and Machine Learning (ML) principles, especially in an educational context.

EdTech Tools & Platforms: Proven expertise in managing and implementing a range of EdTech tools, including LMS/CMS, digital classroom infrastructure, and personalized learning platforms.

Implementation & Integration: Strong background in the practical integration of technology solutions into existing academic and operational workflows.

Web/App Systems: Knowledge of managing school websites and experience supporting the development or integration of monitoring and reporting applications.
Required Education & Experience

Education: MCA, M.Tech, or a strong B.Tech/B.E. degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related technical field.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in technology implementation, project management, or program delivery, ideally within the non-profit education or corporate CSR sector.

Project Management: Excellent project planning, execution, and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex deployments simultaneously.
