Admin Manager – Facilities, Manpower & Gardening

Department: Administration

Position Overview

The Admin Manager is responsible for overseeing the administrative operations of the institution, including facility maintenance, manpower deployment, and horticulture/gardening services. This role ensures the smooth functioning of infrastructure, optimal use of human resources, and the upkeep of green spaces to maintain a clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Operations

- Manage day-to-day administrative functions across departments

- Maintain records, licenses, and compliance documentation

- Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and institutional activities

Facility Management

- Supervise maintenance of buildings, classrooms, hostels, and utilities

- Ensure timely repairs of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural systems

- Oversee cleanliness, sanitation, and security across the premises

Manpower Handling

- Recruit, train, and manage support staff (housekeeping, security, maintenance)

- Prepare duty rosters and monitor attendance and performance

- Resolve staff grievances and ensure compliance with labor regulations

Gardening & Landscaping

- Oversee maintenance of lawns, gardens, and green areas

- Coordinate with gardening staff for seasonal planting, pruning, and landscaping

- Ensure proper irrigation, pest control, and upkeep of horticultural assets

Procurement & Inventory

- Manage procurement of supplies, tools, and consumables

- Maintain inventory records and ensure cost-effective resource utilization

Budgeting & Reporting

- Prepare and manage budgets for admin, facility, and gardening operations

- Generate reports on maintenance schedules, manpower utilization, and expenses

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
