Responsibilities and Duties

1. Business Partnering & Decision Support

  • Act as a finance partner to business leaders, providing insights and recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with commercial, operations, and project teams to understand key business drivers and provide financial guidance.
  • Support business cases for new initiatives, investments, and cost-saving projects.
  • Assist in scenario analysis, pricing evaluations, and margin analysis to aid strategic decision-making.

2. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

  • Support preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
  • Analyze variances between actuals, budgets, and forecasts, highlighting risks and opportunities.
  • Prepare monthly management reports and dashboards for business reviews.

3. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Monitor key financial metrics and operational KPIs to evaluate business performance.
  • Consolidate financial data from multiple departments for accurate and timely reporting.
  • Assist in presenting financial performance summaries to senior management.

4. Process Improvement & Compliance

  • Identify areas for process automation and efficiency improvement in financial reporting and analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and accounting standards.
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors during financial reviews.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner with procurement, HR, and project management teams to ensure financial alignment on major initiatives.
  • Provide training or guidance to non-financial stakeholders to improve financial literacy across the organization.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, (master’s degree or ACCA/CIMA/CA finalist preferred).

· 3–5 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or business partnering roles.

· Strong understanding of financial statements, business modeling, and performance metrics.

· Proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI (or other data visualization tools).

· Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) is an advantage.
