We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Operations to support our leadership team. who will handle daily operations, improve customer experience, build processes, and make sure things run smoothly so leadership can focus on clients, finance, and overall growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain high-quality customer experience.
  • Create processes and ensure services are delivered as promised.
  • Use technology and tools to improve operations and monitor performance.
  • Support and implement leadership’s vision and plans.
  • Develop strong team culture, discipline, and operational excellence.

What We’re Looking For

· Energetic, punctual, and hardworking who can take ownership.

· Strong in execution, process design, and operations.

· Tech-savvy and comfortable leading improvements.

· Able to work hands-on with a strong commitment to finishing what’s needed during peak periods

· Excellent communicator who can turn ideas into action.

· 3–7 years in operations or service delivery roles, preferably with knowledge of Business Formation and familiarity with UAE laws.

· Experience in customer services or process building.

· Leadership or team management experience preferred.

Pay: From AED8,000.00 per month
