- Supervise day-to-day park operations to ensure safety, cleanliness, and efficiency.
- Lead and monitor operational teams, including ride operators, and customer service staff.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and operational checklists.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback with professionalism and a service-first approach.
- Support the Manager Operations in planning, reporting, and staff scheduling.
- Monitor ride performance, maintenance coordination, and crowd control.
- Conduct daily inspections to ensure all attractions are functioning safely.
- Implement operational improvement initiatives to enhance visitor experience.
- Assist in organizing special events and promotions within the park.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required (03 pm to 12 pm).
