  • Ensure timely and accurate end-to-end payroll processing.
  • Maintain comprehensive employee records, including attendance, shift schedules, leave balances, loans, and advances.
  • Coordinate closely with HR and Finance teams for smooth payroll execution.
  • Address and resolve employee inquiries related to salaries, taxation, benefits, and deductions.
  • Process statutory contributions (EOBI, SESSI) on a monthly basis and ensure full compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Execute accurate final settlements for outgoing employees.
  • Contribute to the improvement of payroll procedures and support compensation-related initiatives.
  • Analyze payroll data, including trends in salary, overtime, and benefit utilization to support budgeting and cost control.
  • Evaluate workforce data such as departmental strength, shift allocations, and employee cost distribution to aid in strategic planning and resource optimization.
  • Prepare and present payroll and manpower reports/dashboards to senior management.
  • Identify irregularities in salary payments or workforce deployment and propose corrective measures.
  • Design and develop meaningful KPIs in collaboration with department leaders to ensure clear, measurable, and aligned performance goals.
  • Lead the end-to-end performance evaluation cycle, including goal setting, performance based year-end reviews and meetings.
  • Conduct and manage the performance appraisal process with fairness, consistency, and confidentiality across all levels of the organization.
  • Maintain accurate and secure performance records, ensuring all documentation; including appraisal forms, feedback summaries, and evaluation outcomes, is properly filed and stored in compliance with data privacy and company policies.
  • Train and guide managers on best practices in performance feedback, evaluation, and employee development, with emphasis on timely and compliant record submission.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, recognize top performers, address performance gaps, and support talent development initiatives.
  • Ensure systematic record keeping in the HRIS and document management systems, enabling easy retrieval, audit readiness, and reporting accuracy.
  • Continuously improve the performance management system based on feedback, data insights, and evolving business needs.
