
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant Manager – Procurement to support and oversee purchasing operations, vendor negotiations, and material management. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction or real estate procurement, a keen eye for detail, and strong negotiation and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Assist in planning and executing procurement strategies for construction materials, services, and supplies
✔ Evaluate and manage vendor contracts, quotations, and performance
✔ Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites as per requirements
✔ Maintain accurate inventory records and procurement documentation
✔ Support in budgeting, cost control, and purchase forecasting
✔ Collaborate with project teams, warehouse, and accounts for smooth operations
✔ Monitor market trends and pricing for cost-effective purchasing
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
3–5 years of procurement experience, preferably in the real estate or construction industry
Proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems, and procurement software
Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills
Strong knowledge of procurement regulations, documentation, and cost controls
