Key Responsibilities

● Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set out by the business

● Work closely with GMA Vendors (including frequent travel) to ensure ongoing product availability

● Initial production ramp up plans with Vendors to ensure new product availability inline with the

business deliverables

● Create and release purchase schedules in line with sales forecast

● Monitor Service Level Agreement (SLA) with GMA Vendors based on Quality, Delivery, Cost (QDC)

● Build strong transparent working relationships with Vendors and internally with various cross

functional teams

● Resolve Vendor supply and invoicing issues

● Work within GMA Inventory and safety stock policies

● Ensure On Time and In Full (OTIF) for all open GMA schedules

● Negotiation of payment terms with vendors

● Support alternate Sourcing activities

● Support Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VAVE) cost saving initiatives after 3 months production of

a new product

● Monitor Vendor ratings metrics

● Maintain first pick availability at 99% for all new GMA products

● Support Export sales in key markets with direct deliveries from non domestic vendors

● Ensure OTIF availability for all Laddering quantities required at Royal Enfield manufacturing plants

● Product availability to service both Factory & Store fitted Make It Yours (MiY) requirements

● Understands latest trends and best practices in logistics
