JOB DESCRIPTION:

Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement effective strategies for sourcing of materials to

meet the company’s quality, delivery, and cost requirements.

Supplier Management: Identity, evaluate and manage relation with suppliers to achieve better

negotiation with commercial terms as per company policy.

Cost Management: Work towards cost optimization by analyzing market trends, price

negotiation, and identifying the development / alternative option for cost saving without

compromising of technically and quality.

Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QC team to ensure material will comes with company

standards and specification with required documents.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross function departments including production, plant

maintenance, Logistics, QC, safety, to ensure seamless coordination in the procurement of

parts.

Compliance: Stay updated on relevant industry regulations and standards related to

procurement activity and ensure processes adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.

Budgeting: Develop and manage budgets related procurement of Opex and Capex purchase.

Monitor expenses and implement cost effective measures.

Market Research / Vendor Development: Conduct regular market research to identify the

better options, technologies, and suppliers that can contribute to our organization.
