Assistant Manager Reservations

To assist Reservation Manager to management of daily, weekly and monthly reports and projects as defined and requested by the DOSM.
Submit requested reports and information in a timely manner.
Proactively promote other sister properties of the Dusit Hotels and Resorts.
Motivates the reservation team by creating and maintaining a good working environment within the department, and also maintains a positive working relationship with other departments in the hotel.
To develop an effective process in sequence of action in call handling, customer enquiries, product descriptions and closing the sale.
Develop short, medium and long term reservation strategies to support the overall hotel business needs.
Maintains high level of effective communications with guests and colleagues.
Exercises and ensures proper selling and up-selling techniques to help in generating maximum revenue for the hotel.
Participates in community projects or activities in order to promote the hotel s image and cooperates to improve community relationship.
Maintain a very good reputation for the hotel and assist to increase the overall profitability of the hotel.
