About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager Sales to join our team in the Facility Management (FM) sector. The ideal candidate will have strong business development skills, proven sales experience, and the drive to achieve measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop new business relationships and generate sales opportunities in the FM sector.
· Negotiate and close contracts for company services.
· Conduct client meetings and ensure timely follow-up.
· Maintain strong sales discipline and adhere to the complete sales cycle.
· Prepare and submit all MIS reports on time.
· Participate in weekly reviews of sales performance and activity.
· Generate qualified leads and prospects to meet sales targets.
Requirements:
· Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably in the Facility Management industry.
· Strong sales planning and discipline.
· Excellent networking with local B2B clients.
· A proactive, go-getter attitude with the ability to lead by example.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
· Own bike and smartphone are mandatory.
