Assistant Manager Sales (Offset Packaging and Printing)

Position Overview:

We are hiring for the roles of Sales Representative, Sales Executive, and Assistant Sales Manager to support our business expansion. The selected candidates will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and promoting company services under the guidance of the Sales Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential clients within the Offset Packaging & Printing sector (for Consumer, Pharmaceutical & Petroleum products)
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers
• Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional activities
• Prepare regular sales reports for management review

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or MBA in Marketing/Sales
• 5 to 7 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the Offset Packaging & Printing industry
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales planning and client relationship management skills
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools

Reporting To: Sales Director

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Range: PKR 80,000 – 120,000 per month (based on experience and capabilities)
• Fuel Allowance: 80 Litres/month
• Mobile Allowance: PKR 1,000/month
• Leave Encashment Facility
