  • Supervising and leading the Customer services function of Samad Group.
  • Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure their Account payable is updated at all time.
  • Prepare biannual customer feedback reports for all distributors and direct clients.
  • Forwarding customer’s queries/concerns to related departments & follow up for its resolution.
  • Work with internal departments to ensure the company meets clients’ expectations.
  • Ensure timely payments for all due receivables thru ensuring regular follow-up with customers and Samad group team.
  • Ensure ledger & aging report is shared with all stakeholders.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing
  • Experience: 3-4 years of experience in Sales Operations.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Negotiation & Interpersonal skills
  • Relationship building
