Assistant Manager – Sites & Projects

FRAMEZ is a premium brand of windows and doors operating for the last 18 years. As part of our expansion plans, we need an Assistant Manager - Sites & Projects.

Job Location: DHA, Karachi

Role Overview:

The Assistant Manager – Sites & Projects will be responsible for end-to-end execution of window and door installation projects. This includes planning site phases, coordinating deliveries, supervising installations, communicating with clients, and ensuring projects are completed on time and to FRAMEZ standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning & Coordination- Break down client orders into 2–3 execution phases- Coordinate material readiness (glass, mesh, profiles) before dispatch- Create site-wise timelines and installation plans
• Site Supervision & Execution- Visit sites regularly to ensure progress as per plan- Supervise installers and subcontractors during installation- Ensure windows, glass, and flyscreens are installed correctly
• Documentation & Tracking- Maintain daily/weekly updates in project tracking sheets- Upload photo proof and get client sign-offs after each phase- Track pending items and escalate any blockers
• Client Handling- Serve as the point of contact for clients or their site teams during execution- Communicate clearly about delays, next steps, and approvals- Handle objections professionally and document all changes
• Reporting & Improvement- Report to the senior operations lead or director weekly- Flag material delays, site access issues, or change requests- Suggest improvements to streamline project execution

Requirements:

• 3–6 years of experience in interior, construction, or window/door industry
• Strong communication skills (Urdu & English)
• Good at Excel / Google Sheets and WhatsApp-based reporting
• Must be able to read basic drawings and installation instructions
• Own transport preferred

Growth Path:

This role can grow into a Project Manager / Head of Installations within 1–2 years based on performance.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
