Inventory Planning & Replenishment
Monitor stock levels and define SKU-wise minimum stock thresholds
Notify procurement when stock falls below min. level and ensure critical materials are available
Ensure critical raw materials and packaging components are always available to avoid production delays
Inventory Audit & Process Compliance
Plan, conduct, and document fortnightly physical stock audits and SOP compliance reviews
Reconcile ERP vs physical stock, Investigate discrepancies through gate entry logs, PR/GRN slips, and issue records.
Resolve and document Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for major variances.
During the audit, identify bottlenecks, redundant steps, or error-prone areas and prepare a summary report with findings, RCA, corrections, and Kaizen suggestions
Discrepancy & Rejection Handling
Identify, report, and resolve stock discrepancies and material rejections. Conduct RCA and implement corrective actions.
System Implementation & Automation
Support WMS integration with bin-level tracking. Implement barcode/RFID for 80% SKUs.
Team Management & Supervision
Train and upskill store staff, delegate daily tasks, ensure proper execution, and support hiring when required.
Maintain team discipline and productivity.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
