Responsibilities

Plan and allocate production orders (single and bulk) in ERP based on supplier capacity and performance.

Monitor production flow, identify bottlenecks, and ensure timely completion of orders.

Oversee supplier efficiency, analyze performance data, and optimize workload distribution.

Coordinate FBA production and ensure timely readiness of bulk inventory for shipment.

Manage warehouse inventory through ERP, ensuring accuracy and smooth stock movement.

Forecast product and material requirements to maintain balanced inventory levels.

Conduct monthly inventory reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

Maintain reports on production status, supplier utilization, and inventory performance.
Requirements
-
3-4 years of experience in supply chain, production planning, or inventory management (preferably apparel/leather).

Strong ERP knowledge and Excel skills.

Analytical and planning mindset

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
