Job Specifications – AM TaxationEducational

  • Qualification:B.Com / CA Inter / ICMA (Part-qualified)
  • Required Experience (Years): 3–5 years of relevant corporate taxation experience.
  • Technical Skills / Certifications: Strong knowledge of Income Tax Ordinance 2001 & Sindh Sales Tax on Services Act 2011
  • Proficiency in FBR IRIS, SRB portals
  • Skilled in preparing withholding tax statements (quarterly & annual)
  • Advanced MS Excel and working knowledge of ERP (SAP preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and filing of quarterly and annual withholding tax statements
  • Preparation of weekly withholding income tax payment workings
  • Reconciliation and posting of advance income tax deducted by customers
  • Resolving taxation-related disputes with customers and vendors
  • Assisting seniors in preparing records for compliance with tax notices
  • Filing of Income and Sales Tax returns
  • Responding to tax notices and queries issued by FBR and other authorities
  • Maintaining updated tax records and ensuring timely statutory compliance
  • Coordinating with internal teams for data required for tax filings
  • Supporting annual tax planning and monitoring regulatory changes
