Objectives

As an Assistant Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of creative marketing strategies for our diverse portfolio of venues. Working closely with our Marketing Managers, you will help drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth through innovative campaigns, events, and digital activations. Were particularly interested in candidates with experience in casual dining, pub-style, or social lifestyle venues, who understand how to connect with an energetic, social, and experience-driven audience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (social media, email, advertising, events).
  • Collaborate with the creative team to deliver engaging content, promotions, and digital activations.
  • Support social media management, including scheduling, monitoring, and customer engagement.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitor activity.
  • Assist in planning and promoting events, partnerships, and brand activations.
  • Track and report on campaign performance with actionable insights.
  • Help maintain brand consistency across all platforms and materials.
  • Coordinate with external partners, agencies, and vendors to deliver campaigns.
  • Assist in managing marketing budgets and ensuring cost-effective execution.
  • Stay ahead of hospitality and lifestyle marketing trends, bringing fresh ideas to the team.
  • Extra credit for experience with casual dining or pub-style concepts and audience engagement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Previous marketing experience (ideally in hospitality, F&B, leisure, or lifestyle venues).
  • Strong digital marketing skills across social media, analytics, and campaign tools.
  • Excellent communication and content creation abilities.
  • Creative, resourceful, and passionate about hospitality and experiences.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • A collaborative team player with flexibility to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Extra credit for experience with casual dining or pub-style concepts and audience engagement.
