Job Responsibilities:

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Must possess human relations skills and maturity of judgement.

Able to maintain confidentiality and use discretion and tact.

Must possess time management, leadership, communication, organizational, and presentation skills.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Some of the physical demands of this position include sitting for prolonged periods of time, walking up and down staircases, occasional lifting, and occasional stooping and bending.

EQUIPMENT / TOOLS USED:

Some of the equipment and tools used are computer, telephone, fax machine, copier/printer, and a projector.

KNOWLEDGE:

Knowledge of production scheduling.

Knowledge of MRP and Operations/Inventory Management practices

Must possess knowledge and proven skills in one of the following: Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen; Project management and prioritizing.

Must have a thorough knowledge of general office procedures including PC and LAN computer use. Must be proficient in relevant computer software and program use
