Key Responsibilities Clinical Support
- Assist doctors and registered nurses during aesthetic and dermatology procedures, including
- Chemical peels
- PRP and microneedling
- Skin rejuvenation or tightening sessions
- Pre- and post-treatment patient care
- Prepare treatment rooms and equipment before each procedure.
- Maintain sterility and infection control during all clinical activities.
- Monitor patient comfort and safety during procedures.
- Take and record vital signs before and after treatments.
- Handle consumables and ensure proper waste segregation and disposal according to DHA guidelines.
Administrative & Coordination
- Maintain accurate patient records and update electronic medical files as instructed.
- Support clinic operations by scheduling, preparing consent forms, and managing patient flow.
- Maintain stock of medical supplies and report shortages promptly.
- Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned, calibrated, and maintained.
Customer Care
- Greet patients warmly and provide a professional, calm, and reassuring experience.
- Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care instructions (as directed by medical staff).
- Maintain confidentiality and respect for patient privacy at all times.
- Promote a positive image of the clinic through professional behavior and personal presentation.
Qualifications & Licensing
- Diploma or Certificate in Nursing / Healthcare Assistance (minimum requirement).
- Valid DHA License or Eligibility Letter as Assistant Nurse (mandatory for practice in Dubai).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Additional training in aesthetics, dermatology, or skincare is an advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 1–2 years of clinical nursing or assistant nursing experience, preferably in aesthetic, dermatology, or cosmetic clinics.
- Fresh graduates with DHA eligibility may be considered if trained in patient care and infection control.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English required; Arabic is an advantage).
- Professional grooming and personal presentation.
- Strong knowledge of infection control, sterilization, and patient safety protocols.
- Team player with a positive, service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced clinic environment.
