Job Purpose
Overall, a Landscape Nursery Administration Assistant Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the success of a nursery or horticulture organization. By supporting the management of finances, inventory, quality control, stakeholders, operations, and compliance, the Landscape Nursery Assistant Administration Manager helps to ensure that the organization operates efficiently and effectively.
Job Responsibilities:

Budgeting and Expense Management: Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenses related to administrative activities. This includes tracking costs, preparing reports, and identifying opportunities for cost savings.

Inventory management: The Landscape Nursery Assistant Administration Manager is responsible for supporting inventory levels of plant materials and other goods, including tracking stock levels, forecasting demand, and ordering materials as needed.

Quality control: The Landscape Nursery Assistant Administration Manager is responsible for ensuring that all plant materials and other goods meet organizational quality standards. This includes inspecting plant materials upon delivery, monitoring product performance, and identifying and resolving any quality issues.

Administrative support: The Landscape Nursery Assistant Administration Manager provides administrative support to other departments, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining records.

Improving operations: The Assistant Administration Manager is responsible for supporting to identification of areas for improvement in the nursery's operations and implementing changes to make the nursery run more efficiently.

Communicating with stakeholders and the government: The Assistant Administration Manager is responsible for communicating regularly with stakeholders and the Government on topics related to Nursery operations.

Policy Development and Compliance: Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of administrative policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Assistant Administration Manager is responsible for all Nursery systems and ensures the functionality of the system by providing the necessary training for the staff.

Project Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various projects and initiatives, ensuring effective planning, execution, and completion. Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and resources.

Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to administrative activities, such as contracts, leases, insurance policies, and employee records. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Greet guests and organize official visits to the company. Achieving a positive guest experience by managing and organizing it.

Maintaining and organizing the company's offices and supervising the distribution and management of offices for current and new employees.

Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions to ensure that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely functional MIS statements and reports to meet corporate and functional requirements, policies, and standards.

Job Requirements:
Qualification and Experience:

Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration, horticulture, or a related field is typically required for this role.

Experience: A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in administration, management, or a related field is required.
