Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring consistent, high-quality guest service aligned with brand standards.
  • Lead, train, and inspire a diverse team of bartenders, servers, and hosts to deliver exceptional experiences.
  • Collaborate with the mixology team to design and execute creative beverage menus.
  • Monitor beverage quality, inventory levels, and presentation to maintain excellence and profitability.
  • Manage P&L responsibilities, including cost control, budgeting, and revenue optimization.
  • Develop and implement staff training programs to enhance product knowledge and service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Drive upselling initiatives and ensure that all promotional strategies are effectively executed.
  • Maintain strong interdepartmental coordination to ensure smooth and efficient service flow.
