Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Operations Manager to support the smooth execution of all training programs and administrative activities within the Training Division. The ideal candidate will ensure operational efficiency, maintain training quality standards, and coordinate between internal teams, trainers, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Operations & Coordination

  • Coordinate end-to-end planning and execution of training sessions (online & onsite).
  • Ensure timely arrangement of venues, logistics, training materials, and trainer schedules.
  • Maintain and update the annual training calendar in coordination with the Head of Training Division.

Trainer & Client Management

  • Liaise with trainers, auditors, and industry experts for course delivery and scheduling.
  • Communicate with clients for registration, confirmations, and post-training feedback.
  • Manage participant records, attendance, and certificate issuance.

Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure all trainings comply with IRCA/Exemplar Global standards and internal SOPs.
  • Support internal audits and maintain required documentation for accreditation purposes.
  • Monitor feedback and recommend improvements in content delivery and logistics.

Reporting & Administration

  • Prepare training reports, feedback summaries, and performance analytics.
  • Support budget planning, cost control, and invoicing for training activities.
  • Maintain inventory of training materials, promotional items, and stationery.

Business Support

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote training programs.
  • Assist in developing proposals, quotations, and promotional materials.
  • Participate in career fairs, seminars, and training awareness campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in operations, training coordination, or administration (preferably in a training or certification body).
  • Skills:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
