AdventHealth is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager to support our nursing team and ensure high-quality patient care. This leadership role combines clinical expertise with team management to create a positive, patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily operations and nursing staff
• Support quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Mentor and develop nursing staff

Qualifications

• Current Colorado RN license
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN required)
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
• Leadership experience preferred
