Position Summary:
Franklin Pierce University invites applications for a full-time Assistant Professor and Program Coordinator of Graphic & Digital Communication at our undergraduate Rindge campus. This is a newly redesigned program and offers the successful applicant the opportunity to help develop and distinguish the curriculum. Applicants must be proficient in teaching graphic design, content creation, and web and application development. Additional responsibilities include advising on course scheduling, coordinating with other programs that contribute to the curriculum in the program, student advising, and contributing to the University’s General and Liberal Education Program, including teaching the required First Year Inquiry Seminar.

Position Requirements/Skills/Abilities:
Successful candidates will have earned a terminal degree in graphic design, digital communication, or a closely related field. Experience in the field of graphic design and/or digital communication a plus. Successful candidates will have a record of effective college-level teaching, strong commitment to undergraduate education, advising, and mentorship, and a commitment to engage in professional, scholarly, and creative work.
At minimum, a successful candidate must be:
