Position Overview:
The Assistant Project Manager will directly assist the CEO in managing all ongoing and upcoming engineering and infrastructure projects. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual capable of handling multiple assignments, coordinating with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the CEO in day-to-day project operations, follow-ups, and documentation.
- Coordinate and manage communication between design, field, and management teams.
- Prepare and review project reports, meeting minutes, and progress updates.
- Assist in project scheduling, monitoring timelines, and ensuring deliverables are met.
- Support in contract preparation, bidding documentation, and correspondence with consultants and clients.
- Maintain project data, drawings, and records using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Compile presentations, progress summaries, and financial tracking sheets for management meetings.
- Assist in preparing technical and financial proposals, BOQs, and tender documentation.
- Coordinate procurement, logistics, and follow-ups with suppliers and vendors.
- Ensure all tasks are prioritized, delegated, and tracked for timely completion across teams.
- Maintain confidentiality and represent the CEO in meetings where required.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of civil engineering concepts, project workflows, and site operations.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, MS Project, or similar).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work long and flexible hours to meet deadlines.
- High sense of responsibility, initiative, and professionalism.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering preferred.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, construction management, or related roles.
- Experience in working with consultants, contractors, and client-side teams is an advantage.
Other Requirements:
- Should be available for extended working hours and urgent project meetings.
- Willing to travel to various project sites across Pakistan.
- Must demonstrate discretion, loyalty, and attention to detail in all dealings with the CEO’s office.

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
