We are looking for a motivated Assistant Project Manager with a technical background to join our on-site team.

Job Responsibilities

Assist the Project Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring projects.

Coordinate daily project activities and track progress to ensure timely delivery.

Communicate with clients, understand requirements, and document tasks clearly.

Work closely with developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Prepare project timelines, progress reports, and task documentation.

Follow agile workflow and assist in sprint planning.

Identify project risks and help in implementing solutions.

Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards.

Support in managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a similar role.

Technical background (IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field).

Strong understanding of web development or software development workflows.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Familiarity with project management tools (Trello, Jira, Asana, or similar).

Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

Ability to work on-site at our Lahore office.

Nice to Have

Experience in agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

Basic knowledge of UI/UX, QA, or software development processes.

Experience working with international clients.
