The Project
A residential and mixed-use development, consisting of multiple mid-rise buildings.

The Project
A residential and mixed-use development, consisting of multiple mid-rise buildings.
You’ll Be Responsible For
- Provides technical MEP guidance to meet project goals for time, budget, safety, and quality.
- Supports compliant, efficient, and profitable project delivery with strong governance.
- Builds effective relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Offers lifecycle support for MEP services, ensuring adherence to standards.
- Advises on programme, health & safety, quality, and commissioning aspects.
- Reviews contracts, budgets, and schedules, supporting commercial teams throughout.
- Contributes to strategic planning, design reviews, and sustainability goals.

Identifies risks, supports mitigation, and promotes continuous improvement and carbon.
- Degree or ONC/HNC/HND (or equivalent).
- Understanding, articulation and implementation of the RIBA and BSRIA design frameworks.

Local work experience in Egypt.
