Main Duties:

Maintain:
1.Quality Management System database and filling system.
2. Environmental management System “ Travel Life”
Maintain accurate records with internal database.
Analyse the Guest Feedback reports and follow up the corrective actions plan
Inform Management about any Quality issues or any processes, which become noncompliant with specified requirements
Insuring the Quality Objectives established
Conducting Monthly Quality meeting and follow up with Monthly Quality meeting action taken any recommendation for improvement
Conduct the internal Audit as per the internal audit plan and follow up with preventive and corrective action
Record, and evaluate the production data - suggest improvements
Perform the hotel yearly internal audits plan
To review business statistics.
To determine and document any areas that may need improvement.
Analyze the Mystery shopper and External audits reports and follow up their corrective actions.
To review the current policies and improvise plans to improve upon the existing quality standards.
To review and analyse the effectiveness of the internal audits’ corrective action plan
To ensure that all procedures within the company conform to health and safety regulations, financial policies and legislation such as equal opportunity.
Control further processing or delivery of nonconforming product in terms of Quality issues until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected.
Ability to initiate action to prevent the occurrence of nonconformities relating to Quality of the product, processes, quality system
To follow up with the management review meeting recommendations.
