Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Recruiter. The role is located in Vadodara, Gujarat. The Assistant Recruiter will support the recruitment team by posting job openings, screening applications, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interview schedules. Additional tasks include maintaining candidate databases, assisting in onboarding processes, and providing administrative support as needed.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with recruitment processes and best practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organizational and time-management abilities
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and databases
  • Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the outsourcing industry or related fields is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
