Summary
As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible to assist the Senior Restaurant Manager in managing the restaurant as an independent profit center by managing the daily operations of the restaurant ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation and delivering the highest quality products and services to each customer.
Qualifications
A potential candidate will ideally:

Have a relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management.

Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Outlet Manager or Team Leader/Captain in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.
