The Assistant Sales & Business Development Manager will support the company’s Uniform Sales Division by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth. This role involves assisting in sales planning, proposal preparation, client meetings, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate, hospitality, healthcare, education, and government sectors.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of quotations, tenders, and proposals.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and industry trends.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to convert leads into confirmed orders.

Business Development Support

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns for uniform sales.
  • Gather and analyze market feedback to enhance product offerings and pricing strategies.
  • Maintain an updated database of clients, leads, and activities using CRM tools.
  • Support management in developing sales strategies and performance reports.

Coordination & Operations

  • Coordinate with design, production, and procurement teams to ensure timely order execution and delivery.
  • Monitor production schedules and delivery timelines to meet client expectations.
  • Follow up on payments, contracts, and documentation as per company policy.
  • Handle client inquiries, feedback, and post-sales service professionally.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in uniforms, textiles, or apparel.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
