Overview:
The Assistant Sales Manager will support the Sales Manager in driving sales operations for the company’s real estate and property development projects. This role requires strong organizational skills, market awareness, and the ability to assist in managing the sales team, client relationships, and investor interactions across residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and executing sales strategies for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
  • Support the Sales Manager in leading, training, and supervising the sales team to meet sales targets.
  • Help manage booking procedures, client negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Build and maintain relationships with investors, brokers, and real estate agencies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align promotional campaigns with sales objectives.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
  • Assist in overseeing project-specific pricing, inventory, and payment plans.
  • Represent the company at select property expos, investor meetings, and promotional events as needed.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of sales, commissions, and client records.
  • Coordinate with development and finance teams for project updates and client communications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in property sales or real estate, with some exposure to team supervision or leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to support sales targets in real estate projects.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of Lahore and regional property markets is preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
