The Assistant Sales Manager (ASM) plays a key role in supporting the Sales Manager in achieving property sales targets, supervising the sales team, generating new leads, managing client relations, and ensuring smooth operations within the real estate sales department. The ASM must have strong market knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to close high-value deals.

1. Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets assigned by the company.
  • Assist the sales team in converting leads into successful deals.
  • Participate in property presentations, client meetings, and negotiations.
  • Conduct property site visits with clients and explain project features clearly.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and project updates.

2. Team Supervision & Performance Management

  • Support the Sales Manager in managing, training, and guiding the sales team.
  • Assign daily tasks, leads, and targets to team members.
  • Monitor team performance through CRM and ensure timely task completion.
  • Provide coaching on communication, negotiation, and objection handling techniques.
  • Conduct daily/weekly meetings to review progress and set action plans.

3. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

  • Generate new leads through networking, references, and digital platforms.
  • Ensure the team consistently follows up with potential clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and agents.
  • Attend property exhibitions, events, and marketing activities to attract clients.

4. Client Relationship Management

  • Understand client requirements and recommend the best property options.
  • Build trust and long-term relationships to increase repeat and referral business.
  • Assist clients with documentation, payment schedules, and agreement processes.
  • Resolve client queries and concerns professionally.

5. Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate with Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams for updated project info.
  • Ensure all marketing materials and property information are communicated to the team.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance and sales reports.
  • Share challenges and improvement plans with the Sales Manager.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of sales experience (real estate experience preferred).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and convincing skills.
  • Good understanding of real estate projects, documentation, and market trends.
  • Ability to manage pressure and meet monthly targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and digital communication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
