Silver Masterbatch Industries, a leading name in the masterbatch manufacturing sector, is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager Sales to join our team. This role focuses on the sale of Color Masterbatch across industrial and packaging sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets
• Generate new business and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and product opportunities
• Follow up on inquiries, prepare quotations, and negotiate deals
• Coordinate with production and technical teams for customer-specific color requirements
• Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in Color Masterbatch or related plastic/raw material industry
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to build long-term customer relationships
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field (preferred)
