Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as per Branch Manager’s guidelines.
  • Maintain grooming standards and adhere to SOPs for enquiry management and booking processes.
  • Handle enquiries via walk-ins, calls, emails, City PSA, and travel agents.
  • Provide complete product and pricing details to customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with City PSA and travel agents.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups, telesales calls, and closure of bookings.
  • Coordinate with the service team for post-sale processes.
  • Maintain Daily Sales Reports and enquiry databases for future follow-ups.
  • Send regular emails on new offers and ensure customer satisfaction (minimum 95%).
  • Comply with company policies, SOPs, and audit requirements.
  • Prevent monetary losses through effective cancellation management and timely collections.
  • Address customer escalations promptly and identify new revenue opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends and competition to adapt strategies.
  • Drive sales, ensure high customer satisfaction, and deliver quality service as per organizational standards.
