Assistant Store Incharge

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of construction, renovation, and maintenance projects within the resort.
• Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, measurements, and documentation.
• Supervise on-site civil works and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and maintenance teams.
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Support the senior engineer in preparing estimates, BOQs, and material requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance issues and recommend solutions.
• Monitor usage of construction materials and ensure cost efficiency.
• Coordinate with other departments (Housekeeping, Electrical, Plumbing, Landscaping) to resolve infrastructure-related issues.
• Maintain updated records of drawings, layouts, and site activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
