Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, profitability, and customer service excellence.
  • Lead and motivate the store team to consistently deliver premium shopping experiences.
  • Maintain store operational standards, including stock management, merchandising, and visual display compliance.
  • Implement in-store promotions, events, and brand campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze sales trends, and identify areas for performance improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and minimize stock loss or damage.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for store operations in the Store Manager s absence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Buying, and Planning) to enhance store performance.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
