About the role

• Assist the Store Manager with the day to day management of the retail store with leading the team, visual merchandising, managing deliveries and stock.
• Coach the team to deliver exceptional experiences for our customer to shop seamlessly throughout the store.
• Support the Store Manager to achieve budgeted sales and manage controllable costs for the store.
• Lead the store and team in absence of a Store Manager on duty.
• Support the training of the team in customer service, product knowledge and operational responsibilities.
• Encourage development with the team by providing timely feedback.
• Regular Sunday work is required for this role.
• This is a parental leave cover role, finishing up on the 1st of November 2026.

About you

• Passionate and motivated to deliver results and will confidently support your manager and team.
• Have great communication skills, strong time management and organisational skills.
• Previous team leader, key holder or management experience is advantageous.
