Assistant Store Manager/Store Manager

We are looking for a smart, energetic, and responsible female Store Manager to efficiently run our clothing store. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for fashion, and the ability to manage day-to-day operations, staff, and customer service with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning
Greet and assist customers, providing excellent customer service
Manage inventory, restocking, and merchandising
Handle billing, cash management, and POS operations
Supervise and train store staff
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
Monitor sales and help improve store performance
Promote new arrivals, offers, and maintain visual appeal

Requirements: Female candidates only Minimum 10+2 or Graduate Prior retail or sales experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer knowledge (billing software, Excel) Responsible, honest, and presentable Passion for fashion and styling is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
