We’re currently hiring Assistant Teachers and Classroom Support Staff to join our growing center. In these roles, you’ll play a vital part in creating a safe, fun, and stimulating environment where children thrive physically, socially, and emotionally. You’ll assist across multiple classrooms (infants, toddlers, and preschool), helping implement curriculum, supervising activities, and engaging children with care and creativity.

Must-Haves:
Passion for working with children and a team-oriented mindset
Experience in early childhood education or related childcare (preferred, not required)
Must be 18 years or older
Reliable, dependable, and flexible
Ability to obtain CPR & First Aid certification within 30 days of hire (training provided!)
Nice-to-Haves:
CDA or at least 9 ECE credits (not required)
Bilingual skills a plus!
Ability to walk, stand, sit on the floor, bend, kneel, and lean for extended periods
Must be able to lift and/or assist children up to 50 pounds
Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of temperatures
Ability to communicate effectively and respond swiftly in emergencies
Potential exposure to communicable diseases and bodily fluids
Competitive Pay: $17-$20/hour

Abuse Prevention Responsibilities
