Job Summary

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Assistant Team Leader, enhance and ensure a pleasant experience for our guests. The Assistant Team Leader will maintain a positive and respectful relationship with team members, engage with guests in a professional, dignified manner, and inform management of potential service and product issues before they arise.

§ Work well with children and parent

§ Ability to greet and provide excellent in-person customer service with a smile with excellent

§ phone manners and etiquette.

§ Must have the ability to upsell and achieve targets

§ Balances cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift

§ Collect payments whether in cash or credit

§ Maintain the reception area is clean

§ Ability to handle and resolve customer problems

§ Excellent interaction and communication skills

§ Ability to handle cash, reports and POS systems

§ Dependable and has a strong work ethic and team spirit

§ Should be flexible and accommodating for other duties, responsibilities, multitasking & activities, when required

§ Stock front desk, retail shelves, and inventory

§ Works well under pressure, flexibility to work late hours if required

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Cashier: 2 years (Preferred)
