Job Summary:

We are looking for a visionary and technically hands-on Associate Vice President (AVP) to lead strategic AI/ML initiatives focused on Generative AI, LLMs/VLMs, and Agentic Technologies. This role blends deep technical proficiency with people and program management, driving the development and deployment of next-generation AI systems across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management:

Lead and manage a high-performing team of AI/ML engineers and data scientists.

Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

Provide technical direction, mentorship, and career development support.

Project & Stakeholder Management:

Gather and translate business requirements into AI/ML solutions.

Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables across cross-functional teams.

Communicate progress, challenges, and opportunities to senior stakeholders and executives.

Technical Execution & Innovation:
-
Design, fine-tune, and deploy LLMs and VLMs for domain-specific and general-purpose use cases.
-
Build and operationalize Agentic AI systems that leverage autonomous agents capable of reasoning, planning, and interacting with users, environments, and other agents.

Develop and implement Agentic Technology frameworks, including task orchestration, memory management, and multi-agent collaboration.

Leverage the NVIDIA stack (CUDA, TensorRT, Triton Inference Server, etc.) for high-performance model training and deployment.

Build scalable ML pipelines and inference services using Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace, and similar frameworks.

Research & Thought Leadership:

Stay current with cutting-edge research in Generative AI, LLMs/VLMs, Agentic Systems, and AI Infrastructure.

Drive PoCs and pilot programs to evaluate new technologies and their business impact.

Represent the AI function in strategic discussions, product roadmaps, and technology planning.

Key Skills & Experience:
-
12–16 years of experience in AI/ML, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
-
Proven track record in LLM/VLM fine-tuning, deployment, and real-world implementation.
-
Deep expertise in Agentic AI technologies, autonomous agents, multi-agent systems, Observability, MCP/ A2A and decision-making architectures.

Strong background in Generative AI, including prompt engineering, RAG, and synthetic data generation.

Hands-on experience with NVIDIA AI stack (CUDA, TensorRT, Triton, etc.) for optimized training/inference workflows.
-
Strong proficiency in Python, with practical experience using ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace Transformers.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
