About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Vice President – Sales to drive revenue growth and manage key client relationships for our real estate projects. The role requires leading a high-performing sales team, expanding market presence, and achieving strategic sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the VP of Sales in developing and executing sales strategies for residential and commercial projects.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, brokers, and high-net-worth clients.
• Oversee major accounts, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive business development.
• Monitor sales performance, report insights, and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of sales experience in real estate, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the UAE market.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with luxury, off-plan, or residential real estate projects.
• Arabic language skills are an advantage.
