Job Description:
SJS International are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Warehouse Manager / Incharge to oversee our distribution warehouse operations in Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient inventory management, smooth logistics coordination, and compliance with trade regulations to support our supply chain and distribution network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end product development, from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with brand vision and market demand.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive opportunities in the cosmetics industry.
- Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and supply chain teams to develop innovative, high-quality beauty products.
- Define product positioning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans to maximize success.
- Monitor product performance, analyze sales data, and implement improvements to drive growth.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful product launches.
- Maintain a strong understanding of cosmetic formulations, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Develop and manage product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in trade or distribution.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (ERP/WMS) and MS Office.
- Familiarity with trade compliance, customs procedures, and logistics documentation.
